ME Umzüge

This is the fourth time that we have moved with ME-UMZÜGE and the fact that we always enjoy using ME-UMZÜGE's services speaks for itself.
What we particularly appreciate and why we recommend ME-UMZÜGE to family and friends with a clear conscience:

First of all, there is very competent advice and service in the planning phase in advance of the move, so that no unpredictable problems arise on the day of the move.

On the day of the move, everyone involved works with a lot of calm and serenity, so that as the person moving, you feel in good hands the entire day.
Both the boss and all employees are friendly and obliging in their dealings with customers and with the (sometimes difficult) neighbors. They never let you feel impatient or hectic and they always have an ear for questions. Everyone reacts patiently and confidently to special requests or uncertainties. So the moving date manages to convey a good and safe feeling to a whole, but very exhausting and exciting day.

The speed at which the employees are invited and unloaded is particularly impressive. No unnecessary time is wasted, so the move doesn't take longer than necessary. Nevertheless, the furniture and inventory are handled carefully and carefully, we never had to complain about any damage in any of the four moves. This is also due to the fact that the employees wrap everything up as well as possible with blankets and foils in advance and seek a conversation with the customer in order to protect particularly valuable items.
The employees are also careful in narrow stairwells and entrances; you don't have to worry about newly renovated walls.

Loading the truck is a matter for the boss and is absolutely sensible and well thought out in terms of loading capacity and protection of furniture, boxes and inventory.
The dismantling and assembly of our waterbed was also a matter for the boss and was carried out professionally.

The furniture is dismantled and assembled by a specially responsible employee who works with a lot of experience and craftsmanship. He maintains an overview, even of the smallest components, so that the assembly is not only amazingly quick, but the furniture is finally rebuilt in a highly professional manner. Unevenness in the floor is leveled out, cabinet doors are adjusted, and the interior is built in according to the customer's wishes.

At the end of the day you are happy when it's over, but you have the good feeling that all your belongings have arrived safely and safely in your new home.
Above all, the price-performance ratio is right in the end, the price agreed in advance.
Therefore "thumbs up" for ME-UMZÜGE and absolute recommendation!

The move went from Neuss to Neuss. (Unfortunately not listed) on May 22nd, 2014. Mr. Euteneuer appeared half an hour before the agreed time. That was good. Unfortunately, my furniture was not handled carefully. Bedding was packed in clothes boxes by the company, which I had to pay for. Moving boxes delivered in advance were charged in full, although not required. In the end my daughter wasn't supposed to assemble the furniture. (Decision at short notice) Screws were missing from the furniture and some of the closets had broken out. This a lot only afterwards with our construction, since the furniture was half wrapped in foil until then. A 3-door wardrobe was disassembled by the company and is now actually something for bulky goods. My living room cabinet (Woestmann) was transported by an external elevator in the pouring rain without any protection. The closet looks accordingly. Halogen lamps showcase 5 out of 10 defective. Some of the furniture was simply dumped somewhere in the room. Rugs put in the corner. Lamps are complete Stayed in the old apartment although it was pointed out at the viewing appointment that it had to be removed and reconnected. (Women's household) Mirrors were also not re-attached. This was also specifically discussed during the viewing appointment. This was not listed in the company's offer. Other items were not listed, such as B. Washer, dryer etc. Was then insulted by Mr. Euteneuer as a liar. The whole move cost me € 2031.35. Amount € 0.02 cents higher than in the offer. (See comments above in the text) It went from a 3 room apartment (85 sqm) to a 3 room apartment (85 sqm) distance 7 km. My conclusion: much too expensive, boss of the company more than outrageous to the customer. Dealing with removal goods leaves a lot to be desired. Have moved with moving companies several times in the past, but I've never seen anything like it. Never again with this company.

Thanks to the competent advice, organization and implementation, our move went smoothly in mid-December 2014. Although the circumstances were unfavorable - the narrow driveway to our new home cannot be used by a large truck - we were not charged any extra charge. The total price for the move, including the rental fee, was reasonable. Covers for the floor, which should not be soiled by the muddy shoes, and felt pads were free. The friendly staff handled the boxes, furniture and other items carefully and carefully. Closets and beds were expertly dismantled and reassembled; Lamps skillfully removed and reassembled. We were particularly pleased that the wardrobe, which would not have actually fit in the new bedroom, was made to match. Our conclusion: anytime again!

I can highly recommend this company. Dennis in particular was competent and he disassembled all the cabinets quickly and correctly and reassembled them absolutely correctly!

All employees were friendly and very committed!
They arrived punctually at 8:00 a.m. and immediately things continued in a systematic and structured manner. The staff were polite and friendly. All work would be carried out quickly and very professionally. I can make a very clear recommendation here.

We have now moved for the third time within our family with ME-Umzüge (1 x Dortmund - Düsseldorf; 1 x within Düsseldorf and 1 x Wetter / Ruhr - Düsseldorf) and we can only report positively about how professional and in a really pleasant atmosphere the removals were carried out by ME removals. The implementation of the move, the packing of the furniture, the transport, the installation of the furniture at the new location and even the "disposal" of the contaminated sites were all carried out to our complete satisfaction. We can only recommend Mr. Euteneuer and his team and will be happy to come back to ME removals when we move next.

We turned to ME-Umzüge after a personal recommendation and can recommend them unreservedly. Respect, that was an impeccable performance. In order not to disturb our little son with packed boxes, we have booked the full service - and we have not regretted it. On the contrary. We hadn't prepared or allowed anything. All furniture was rebuilt by ME-Umzüge from and in the new apartment. All of our items (including the kitchen) were packed up by the staff. We quickly gave up our initial skepticism that strangers would pack our personal belongings after we saw how respectful and careful our belongings are. The move even went a little faster than planned. Our 90 square meter apartment was moved from the third floor (without elevator) to the new apartment and on the following day each family member was able to sleep in their own bed in halfway tidy rooms. We thought the calculated price was reasonable. We like to pay for such good performance.

My 75-year-old aunt moved on March 6th. within Meerbusch. Your new neighbors happen to be ME removals. So we got an offer from them, among other things. Since ME removals were priced very well, we of course made the move with them. Exactly at 8:00 a.m. everyone was on the mat. The cat was quietly caught by a young man and put in its box, because my aunt had not been able to. When I came to pick up my aunt at 8:30 am, the apartment was already half empty. A special kitchen fitter and his assistant had almost dismantled the kitchen, a furniture maker was just taking apart the bedroom cupboard. No sooner had I delivered my auntie to my house than Mr. Eutener called, they would be going to the new apartment in about 5 minutes. So I drove back into the car and to the new apartment. I only had to explain once where what was going and everyone knew about it. Totally genius!! The furniture was handled very well, but it was also worked very quickly. The entire kitchen was up by 1.30 p.m., by 4 p.m. everyone was out and Auntie and I were able to unpack the most important things. I will recommend ME removals to everyone who wants to move and will only move with ME removals myself :).

Our complete home furnishings moved from Erkrath to Mettmann in March 2015. We had ordered the packing service. All items and furniture were packed very carefully. Even cupboards and sofas were completely protected in foil. All furniture was reassembled and readjusted. Our stairwell has not suffered any damage. Nothing else broke, except for two small things that are bearable and the costs of which were reimbursed directly. The whole team was very friendly and professional. We would definitely work with ME removals again.
